Lewis Zwick, the principal of Zwick Real Estate Advisors, has over 35 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry, including negotiating over 200 real estate transactions and reviewing underwriting over 400 loans.

Since graduating from American University with an MBA in Real Estate in the early 1980's, Lewis has the experience and background to address a variety of real estate issues.

Mr. Zwick has experience working with various governmental agencies and private companies, including:  The Small Business Administration, The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, The Situs Companies, Beal Bank, and PlainsCapital Bank.
